So my opinion about this company was not pleasant.
However, when this location opened up and I met Darcy and his team- my opinion has changed. The staff at this clinic is incredible. They truly care about well being of every patient. Lisa is amazing at trying to accommodate emergency situations - always.
I also had hard time finding caring and knowledgeable massage therapist. Brittney is beyond incredible, skilled, knowledgeable and has healing hands.

When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less

His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Got a very detailed exercise routine given to me via a link that even included videos on how to do each exercise. The clinic environment itself is very calm. I never had to wait in the waiting room for my appointments for more than a couple minutes, but usually no wait at all. Clinic also continuously masks and is clearly COVID cautious. I will follow Darcy and his team as he provides exceptional treatment, support and leadership. I went from barely able to function, extreme pain and miserable in 2009 with a previous physio treating me to transferring under Darcy’s care in late 2014 and finally receiving relief and recovery in my healing by him and his hands. I am beyond grateful to him and his team. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, extremely educated and effective in their treatment, they actually CARE about their patients and ensure you are getting the most effective treatments and proper support at all times from all doctors and treatment providers. I cannot recommend Panther Seton enough. They are treating me currently for a severe TBI, WAD 3, Spinal, Neurological Injury and my 2 year old toddler who was also in the accident. Jason Wei was soo very kind in his assessment and reassured me that it will be back to almost normal. After lots of special physio & exercise Jason gave me back my movement and my arm is back to normal.

I came out of it more fit and can lift 100 lbs. Jason reassured me I will be stronger than when I came, I went back to work in record time. Jason was a very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, caring, and an amazing Physiotherapist. I would recommend Jason to anyone wanting the best care you possibly could get.

All the staff were super helpful, Sarah was so helpful as well as Erin and Ijeoma, The front desk staff were so accommodating as well.

Darcy is a complete technician, deciphering the problem, then fixing things up in prompt fashion. His resume, experience, business success, and return clientele speak for themselves. First experience ever with physiotherapy/rehab. Was fortunate to have an amazing physiotherapist - Victoria Addison who works at Panther clinic in the northwest. Victoria I found both most knowledgeable and therapeutic in her "trade". Victoria was able to provide a full range of therapeutic interventions for me including assigning weekly exercises that I feel helped considerably in giving me what I feel is now a full recovery from this fracture. Victoria comes highly recommended. The clinic itself is a very spacious and clean environment and the front end staff are both friendly and welcoming. read less
