A friend has been treated here and recommended to try it before I took that step. I went in for my assessment and IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference. Jared was very thorough and demonstrated his knowledge of spinal and neck problems and although I have a long way to go the progress in one session was huge; I could fully turn my neck for the first time in I don't even know how long and was able to sleep without pain! Not only that, but I was told that cortisone shots would have likely made the problem worse as the source of the issue is not in the area that my first physio thought. On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

When he moved to the Seton location, I knew I was going to continue seeing him there. Darcy is highly educated in what he does and definitely the best physio therapist I’ve ever gone to see. Him and his staff build a relationship with every one of their clients and when you go for treatment it doesn’t feel like a task it feel like going to see your second family, with the extra bonus of getting significant pain relief. Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner.
