I have seen Jenna for four sessions since my shoulder surgery on June 4. On the first visit she was... read moreI have seen Jenna for four sessions since my shoulder surgery on June 4. On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

Not only is Darcy the greatest physio ever (in mine and many others humble opinion,) but his staff are phenomenal at every Panther location. Now that this shiny new clinic has opened, not only do I know Im receiving the best possible treatment by the best and kindest people, I also get to receive this care in a beautiful and clean setting.
