I could not give higher praise to the wonderful atmosphere and treatment I have been receiving. Lisa, at the front desk, always greets you with a smile (yes, I can tell, even behind the mask). Alicia, my usual physiotherapy assistant, is so kind, and right on top of anything that the physiotherapists may need to help with treatments. The physiotherapists have been tremendous in my recovery so far. I have been seeing Darcy, and occasionally Terri. Both are amazing and have multiple different methods of treatments they utilize during the treatment process. I had a quick diagnosis of my hip injury by Darcy and hopefully with the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises I will not need surgery.
Everyone is eager to help, always accommodating and genuinely interested in you and helping you to recover!
I wouldn't go anywhere else! read less

When he moved into the sparkling new location in Seton, I continued to use his services despite the longer drive for me. No question it's worth the extra 15 minutes . The clinic is exceptionally well organized with a pleasant waiting room and great admin staff; so well organized and managed that I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic if you want treatment by an experienced physiotherapy team in a welcoming, respectful and efficient environment. Oh, and plenty of free parking at the door. read less

As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. From the front desk ladies, to the therapy assistants, to all of the therapists, (even the ones I don’t see) the vibe is awesome. A nice, bright, space with lots of windows and a view sure doesn’t hurt either. They take my health seriously, but also know how to lighten a person’s day and make sure everyone leaves smiling. I have been seeing Darcy for various injuries for almost a decade now and he is always willing to take the time to discuss my injuries in detail, lay out a plan, and follow through. We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

I seemed to be getting worse and I was tired and losing hope. I was suggested to see Darcy Doyle. I was sent for x-rays immediately and shortly after an MRI. We found that I was more injured than the last physio thought. Darcy has a relationship with a specialist and I was able to meet with him too. There is finally some light at the end of the tunnel! Darcy is knowledgeable and great at what he does. Best decision I made in the last year is to not give up and trust in Darcy's wanting to help and get me on a road to less pain. read less

I was recommended to visit Jared by over 1/2 dozen guys from work. Everyone raved about the care that Jared, Corey, with the support of Dylan and Erin give, and the boys at work were spot on. It’s a place I feel comfortable and feel like I get the attention and care my body needs day to day from the injury I sustained along with a smile even a good laugh which always helps brighten my day. I've been seeing Matt weekly-ish for the last 6 months post knee ACL surgery (12ish month recovery expected in total), and he has supported me from the very beginning when I was still on crutches and unable to straighten or bend my leg, to my first jog last week. Matt is super knowledgeable about the ACL recovery progression, and has been able to guide me through week by week, setting the exercices to my stage of recovery while aiming me towards the goal of running. He's also just a great human and fun to chat to.

He's had to get creative as the gym equipment available in the clinic is unfortunately pretty limited, and the weights in particular have been insufficient for my needs for a while, so I'll likely be moving on soon. However I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for an excellent physio.

The ladies at the front desk (Carissa and Maria?) are also great. Always friendly and know my name. read less
