I could not give higher praise to the wonderful atmosphere and treatment I have been receiving. Lisa, at the front desk, always greets you with a smile (yes, I can tell, even behind the mask). Alicia, my usual physiotherapy assistant, is so kind, and right on top of anything that the physiotherapists may need to help with treatments. The physiotherapists have been tremendous in my recovery so far. I have been seeing Darcy, and occasionally Terri. Both are amazing and have multiple different methods of treatments they utilize during the treatment process. I had a quick diagnosis of my hip injury by Darcy and hopefully with the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises I will not need surgery.
Everyone is eager to help, always accommodating and genuinely interested in you and helping you to recover!

My son who is 15 years old and does a lot of Curling was having a hard time with his... read moreMy son who is 15 years old and does a lot of Curling was having a hard time with his knees always being sore and hurting so much that the sport was becoming not enjoyable. As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. I've been seeing Matt weekly-ish for the last 6 months post knee ACL surgery (12ish month recovery expected in total), and he has supported me from the very beginning when I was still on crutches and unable to straighten or bend my leg, to my first jog last week. Matt is super knowledgeable about the ACL recovery progression, and has been able to guide me through week by week, setting the exercices to my stage of recovery while aiming me towards the goal of running. He's also just a great human and fun to chat to.

He's had to get creative as the gym equipment available in the clinic is unfortunately pretty limited, and the weights in particular have been insufficient for my needs for a while, so I'll likely be moving on soon. However I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for an excellent physio.

The ladies at the front desk (Carissa and Maria?) are also great. Always friendly and know my name. read less

Jason Wei was soo very kind in his assessment and reassured me that it will be back to almost normal. After lots of special physio & exercise Jason gave me back my movement and my arm is back to normal.

I came out of it more fit and can lift 100 lbs. Jason reassured me I will be stronger than when I came, I went back to work in record time. Jason was a very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, caring, and an amazing Physiotherapist. I would recommend Jason to anyone wanting the best care you possibly could get.

All the staff were super helpful, Sarah was so helpful as well as Erin and Ijeoma, The front desk staff were so accommodating as well.

I was fortunate to have an amazing physiotherapist who assisted me in attaining a full recovery from my fracture. Her name is Victoria Addison. Victoria is not only well informed and versed in her field, but utilized a number of interventions - including applying ultrasound to the injury to massage and to providing a number and variety of exercise regimes that assisted in the healing of the fracture. I’ve seen Darcy for at least 6 years, possibly more. Couldn’t tell ya.

Darcy is a complete technician, deciphering the problem, then fixing things up in prompt fashion. His resume, experience, business success, and return clientele speak for themselves. He’s also a very likeable, personable, and down to Earth guy. When it comes to physio, I couldn’t recommend Darcy’s services more. In fact, my whole family sees him.

I saw Amanda Bjerkseth three times who helped me better than any other physio I’ve seen previously. I was expecting to be sat down and hooked up to a tens machine or given some sort of gel and pulse technology but she gave a range of physical exercises designed to strengthen the muscles around the problem area so I built up adequate support. Each visit meant new exercises were prescribed depending on my progress or what was/wasn’t working. Exercises increased in difficulty and over a month or so I got stronger and the pain started to lessen. Exercises were emailed in a simple visual way so I knew what to do and kept form.

Amanda is clear, concise and knowledgeable. Her advice as well as knowledge of what will help is really good. I will be going back to her for any future issues and recommend her and Panther for any physio needs. read less

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less
