I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising! AJ would be able to keep me motivated while simultaneously helping 3-4 other clients. Lastly, the rest of the staff were ALSO all super friendly and genuine! The front desk (Danni especially!!) would always welcome me with a smile and remember many of the clients names despite seeing 10+ each day! We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. After only a couple visits, I had shown immense improvement, and he said that I wouldn't need to come back for treatment unless my issue flared up again. Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility. (kind of dramatic but at the same time not really) I seriously injured my ankle at the end of August 2018 and I couldn’t walk, jog, bend or even sleep from the pain. From where I started to where I ended up at the end of my visits with Panther at Trico is a HUGE difference. I didn’t think I would get myself back to a point where I could return to rugby and soccer (or if I did it wouldn’t be the same) but I have returned to my sports at the same level as was at pre injury.

Steve is personable, professional and incredibly good at what he does, I am super grateful to have gotten to work with him. I also want to give a shout out to the front desk staff. To walk in every week and always be greeted with a friendly smile was just the cherry on top of a great visit.

On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

Panther Seton put me at ease from the very first visit. Here's how: front desk people like Mia were consistently friendly, upbeat and efficient (first impressions are important). I was directed to my physiotherapist, Dominique, who greeted me with a friendly smile and then got down to work. Her "reading" of my knee issues was thorough and exact, her solution and program of physio made a huge difference for the functioning of my knee - I couldn't believe it. She was patient, professional and always encouraging me to persevere. It gave me the incentive to do my part in my own recovery. Along the way, Sarah assisted me with such clarity to accomplish my exercises and provide cold/warm wrap therapy. Wow, can't say enough of this Panther team. Thank you so much Dominique and team for your 5 star physio service. It was personalized and successful beyond my expectations.
