We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less

His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Although I am still sore some days, I find that Tims exercises are the only thing that actually help with the discomfort. I highly recommend Tim and I will for sure be back! read less

I was in a pretty bad car accident and for two weeks before I got into physio was feeling depressed and irritable. A friend recommended Darcy and after one session with Darcy and Teri there was a new sense of hope. They explained what the problems were with me and how we were going to fix them. I saw a path to recovery and I am on that path. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional.

I drive from Beddington (NW) to Seton (SE) for physio 2x each week for physiotherapy. Here's why:

In 2015, after seeing MANY, many doctors regarding my symptoms, Darcy INSTANTLY knew I was suffering from a disc injury, got me in for an immediate MRI, and I had decompression surgery for severe Cauda Equina Syndrome within 2 weeks. This (emergency surgery) COMPLETELY turned my life around. Thank you, Darcy!

At the time, Teri Stuckless was one of the amazing humans that greeted me upon arriving to my Panther appointments and made sure my paperwork was taken care of.

Fast forward to 2022, an MVA lands me back in physiotherapy and I seek out Darcy and his team, who have moved to the Seton location.

Teri Stuckless is now my (ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE) physiotherapist and has worked tirelessly to help me get my life back. Again, after seeing MANY doctors who cannot tell me what's wrong, Teri assesses that I am severely struggling with Post-Concussion Syndrome and we begin concussion treatments along side of my other MVA physio treatments. TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Teri has been my #1 ally this past year and each week she helps me put my brain & my body back together. Her skills and execution of knowledge are exceptional!

I have also seen Muge Browning, who gave me a very detailed & professional Pelvic Floor physio assessment, and Uriel Olaya for THE BEST (and very professional) Massages!

Without the Seton Panther team, I would not be where I am today. With zero exaggeration, I would probably be using a wheelchair 24/7 (twice over) and living in a constant state of brain fog.

With this skilled team on my side, I am able to receive the care I need and I have constant allies to keep me progressing toward my goals.

There truely aren't any words that can express my immense gratitude & DEEPEST LEVELS of APPRECIATION for the care I have received from Darcy, Teri, and all of the team at Seton Panther.

(kind of dramatic buy at the same time not really) I seriously injured my ankle at the end of August 2018 and I couldn’t walk, jog, bend or even sleep from the pain. From where I started to where I ended up at the end of my visits with Panther at Trico is a HUGE difference. I didn’t think I would get myself back to a point where I could return to rugby and soccer (or if I did it wouldn’t be the same) but I have returned to my sports at the same level as was at pre injury.

Steve is personable, professional and incredibly good at what he does, I am super grateful to have gotten to work with him. I also want to give a shout out to the front desk staff. To walk in every week and always be greeted with a friendly smile was just the cherry on top of a great visit.

Obviously I went to Panther Sports to help with an injury and Anna-Lise helped me from not being able to turn my head or lift my right arm, to helping me get my range of motion back.
Anna-Lise is very patient and is willing to make things easier or harder if needed. Her and all the staff there really go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and safe. (Alanna "Let me know if you have any pain, numbness or tingling")
