We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

I am in very good hands with Tim! He has worked with me and helped with every single problem and issue I have brought to him and he explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Although I am still sore some days, I find that Tims exercises are the only thing that actually help with the discomfort. I highly recommend Tim and I will for sure be back! read less

I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising! AJ would be able to keep me motivated while simultaneously helping 3-4 other clients. Lastly, the rest of the staff were ALSO all super friendly and genuine! The front desk (Danni especially!!) would always welcome me with a smile and remember many of the clients names despite seeing 10+ each day! I could not give higher praise to the wonderful atmosphere and treatment I have been receiving. Lisa, at the front desk, always greets you with a smile (yes, I can tell, even behind the mask). Alicia, my usual physiotherapy assistant, is so kind, and right on top of anything that the physiotherapists may need to help with treatments. The physiotherapists have been tremendous in my recovery so far. I have been seeing Darcy, and occasionally Terri. Both are amazing and have multiple different methods of treatments they utilize during the treatment process. I had a quick diagnosis of my hip injury by Darcy and hopefully with the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises I will not need surgery.
Everyone is eager to help, always accommodating and genuinely interested in you and helping you to recover!

Had a right knee Patella injury from work. When I first arrived at Panther I could barely walk the stairs into the lobby, when I left I was pain free. As a former professional basketball player, I knew this injury was going to be a difficult road back , to feel perfect. Mike dedicated the time and knowledge to push me to success. It wasn't the simple lay on your back and get the problem fixed. He redesigned my workouts, he broke down all my lift techniques and biomechanics and perfected them. I have seen Darcy Doyle for three months with jaw problems I have suffered with for one and a half years. Darcy is always professional, caring and kind while he treats my issue.
