Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility. These people know how to help, and I wouldn't think twice to refer anyone to visit their clinics. A huge thanks to Mike A, and the staff for making my recovery experience a WOW one. read less

(kind of dramatic buy at the same time not really) I seriously injured my ankle at the end of August 2018 and I couldn’t walk, jog, bend or even sleep from the pain. From where I started to where I ended up at the end of my visits with Panther at Trico is a HUGE difference. I didn’t think I would get myself back to a point where I could return to rugby and soccer (or if I did it wouldn’t be the same) but I have returned to my sports at the same level as was at pre injury.

Steve is personable, professional and incredibly good at what he does, I am super grateful to have gotten to work with him. I also want to give a shout out to the front desk staff. To walk in every week and always be greeted with a friendly smile was just the cherry on top of a great visit.

He was super... read moreI recently suffered from a concussion and extreme neck pain so I decided to go see Tim. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to ask the right questions. His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Although I am still sore some days, I find that Tims exercises are the only thing that actually help with the discomfort. I highly recommend Tim and I will for sure be back! read less

Obviously I went to Panther Sports to help with an injury and Anna-Lise helped me from not being able to turn my head or lift my right arm, to helping me get my range of motion back.

I arrived after having dislocated my arm and severely damaged my rotator cuff. When I first started working with Tarun, my strength and range of motion were very limited. With a lot of patience and kind persistence, Tarun didn't just get me back to full working condition, he - in many ways - got me stronger and better than I was before my injury. And, for the areas that still need some continued work and exercise, he has given me more than enough resources and knowledge to ensure I continue to improve.

I was fortunate to have an amazing physiotherapist who assisted me in attaining a full recovery from my fracture. Her name is Victoria Addison. Victoria is not only well informed and versed in her field, but utilized a number of interventions - including applying ultrasound to the injury to massage and to providing a number and variety of exercise regimes that assisted in the healing of the fracture. His ongoing commitment to quality and his hopeful persistence are a true reflection of his broad knowledge base, his skill and also of his great compassion. We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less
