Not only does he possess a deep understanding of his profession, but he also shows genuine patience and passion towards his patients. Additionally, his adeptness in dealing with insurance companies and lawyers is commendable. Brittany is also truly exceptional. I arrived after having dislocated my arm and severely damaged my rotator cuff. When I first started working with Tarun, my strength and range of motion were very limited. With a lot of patience and kind persistence, Tarun didn't just get me back to full working condition, he - in many ways - got me stronger and better than I was before my injury. I went to panther physio, ken is amazing. He did dry needling and some electric waves therapy, i followed a few simple exercises he taught and it vanished within a month! Majic! Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.

If anyone is looking for a clinic where you can receive excellent treatment and proactive solutions to their problems, I highly recommend going to Kevin You. read less

I visited this facility in January 2018, traveling from the USA, training in boxing and wrestling with badly aching shoulders. I was seen expeditiously quick, and in my first session diagnosed with shoulder impingement and given exercises and treatment to assist me. I have been to MANY physical therapy-type establishments in my lifetime, and this place was head and shoulders the best one I have ever been to, and that's across multiple countries! I deeply apologize for not writing this sooner, as life happens, but I had to share my experience, no matter how delayed!

While here (and what I recall/stands out the most to me in retrospect) I was treated by the staff with positivity and care, an intellectual and concise approach to both my problem and solution, and a feeling of genuine support that I needed while rehabilitating my injuries. Truly at the time it felt like a light at the end of a tunnel, in a country that was not my own, and I could not have felt more welcome or at home. Thank you Panther Sports for this experience!! I urge anyone seeking similar treatment and guidance to call them now, as they are truly one of a kind. read less

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less
