I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising! AJ would be able to keep me motivated while simultaneously helping 3-4 other clients. Lastly, the rest of the staff were ALSO all super friendly and genuine! The front desk (Danni especially!!) would always welcome me with a smile and remember many of the clients names despite seeing 10+ each day! We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

Darcy was able to pinpoint the exact cause to my issue, formulated an action plan and exercises for me to do as follow up to the treatment. After only a couple visits, I had shown immense improvement, and he said that I wouldn't need to come back for treatment unless my issue flared up again. Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility. Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.

If anyone is looking for a clinic where you can receive excellent treatment and proactive solutions to their problems, I highly recommend going to Kevin You. read less

I went in with very uncomfortable back and leg nerve pain that I had been dealing with for months. In the first visit Darcy diagnosed my injury and started treatment which allowed me to start sleeping better and resume some of my daily activities. After the second visit the results basically made me feel that life could get back to normal. I am now three treatments in and life is good! I wish I made the call to go see them sooner. I can say that from where I am today with the hip I wouldn’t be nearly as far without the help with my physiotherapist and my wife. They both encouraged me to keep on trucking and fight through pain and my limitations.
I am almost able to walk without aids.
I am still trying to rebuild my left side as it is as flat as Hank Hills you know what, as the muscle is much smaller and weaker than my right.

I had Laurie as my Physiotherapist for my Shoulder injury and she was so Amazing at getting my shoulder more... read moreI had Laurie as my Physiotherapist for my Shoulder injury and she was so Amazing at getting my shoulder more moveable and usable. Took the pain level for 9 down to 3 in my 7 sessions. I returned about 2 months later and requested Laurie, after a total knee replacement.

Laurie, once again, worked me for my 1st 3 session, to get my knee more flexable and mobile. Went for a 55° bend to.a 90° bend over 3 weeks. Then she needed a break from me.. private joke, and Anup took over from Laurie. He worked me like Laurie, and after the othet 4 sessions, 130° bend and a full 360° on a bicyle, with no pain!!

I highly recommend that if you want excellent physiotherapy, highly competent Physiotherapist, assistants and professional front of house staff, then this is the place for you!! Great equipment too. read less
