On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.

Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. Jason Wei was soo very kind in his assessment and reassured me that it will be back to almost normal. After lots of special physio & exercise Jason gave me back my movement and my arm is back to normal.

I came out of it more fit and can lift 100 lbs. Jason reassured me I will be stronger than when I came, I went back to work in record time. Jason was a very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, caring, and an amazing Physiotherapist. I would recommend Jason to anyone wanting the best care you possibly could get.

In 2015, after seeing MANY, many doctors regarding my symptoms, Darcy INSTANTLY knew I was suffering from a disc injury, got me in for an immediate MRI, and I had decompression surgery for severe Cauda Equina Syndrome within 2 weeks. This (emergency surgery) COMPLETELY turned my life around. Thank you, Darcy!

At the time, Teri Stuckless was one of the amazing humans that greeted me upon arriving to my Panther appointments and made sure my paperwork was taken care of.

Fast forward to 2022, an MVA lands me back in physiotherapy and I seek out Darcy and his team, who have moved to the Seton location.

Teri Stuckless is now my (ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE) physiotherapist and has worked tirelessly to help me get my life back. Without the Seton Panther team, I would not be where I am today. With zero exaggeration, I would probably be using a wheelchair 24/7 (twice over) and living in a constant state of brain fog.
