From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising!
