We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less

The head physio therapist Darcy Doyle is always the first person I recommend when someone is needing treatment. I’ve been seeing Darcy Doyle for 4 years now. When he moved to the Seton location, I knew I was going to continue seeing him there. Darcy is highly educated in what he does and definitely the best physio therapist I’ve ever gone to see. Him and his staff build a relationship with every one of their clients and when you go for treatment it doesn’t feel like a task it feel like going to see your second family, with the extra bonus of getting significant pain relief. Darcy has always ensured that every one of his clients receives the best care, and will do everything in his power to ensure all his clients receive all the help they need. After only a couple visits, I had shown immense improvement, and he said that I wouldn't need to come back for treatment unless my issue flared up again. I was directed to my physiotherapist, Dominique, who greeted me with a friendly smile and then got down to work. Her "reading" of my knee issues was thorough and exact, her solution and program of physio made a huge difference for the functioning of my knee - I couldn't believe it. She was patient, professional and always encouraging me to persevere. It gave me the incentive to do my part in my own recovery. Along the way, Sarah assisted me with such clarity to accomplish my exercises and provide cold/warm wrap therapy. Wow, can't say enough of this Panther team.
