We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

I was injured at work with head injury,jaw injury and back injury on tale bone. My physical shape and concussions followed were too much. I made a skilled , caring, empathetic physiotherapist Mahemud and his helper Nancy. They are wonderful. I regain my life because of their hard work. I have known Nancy since 2007 when I first start using this facility after my car accident. She is still have same energy, care , compassion and empathy

(kind of dramatic but at the same time not really) I seriously injured my ankle at the end of August 2018 and I couldn’t walk, jog, bend or even sleep from the pain. From where I started to where I ended up at the end of my visits with Panther at Trico is a HUGE difference. I didn’t think I would get myself back to a point where I could return to rugby and soccer (or if I did it wouldn’t be the same) but I have returned to my sports at the same level as was at pre injury.

Steve is personable, professional and incredibly good at what he does, I am super grateful to have gotten to work with him. I also want to give a shout out to the front desk staff. To walk in every week and always be greeted with a friendly smile was just the cherry on top of a great visit.

They both encouraged me to keep on trucking and fight through pain and my limitations.
I am almost able to walk without aids.
I am still trying to rebuild my left side as it is as flat as Hank Hills you know what, as the muscle is much smaller and weaker than my right.

The success of my surgery wouldn’t have been the same without the rehab guidance and treatments I’ve received from Travis Gaudet. Travis works to educate his clients such that they are empowered to safely work on their rehabilitation at home. He is quick to identify areas of concern in the clinic and adapt the protocol where necessary. He takes the time to explain the latest in research for injury rehab to instill confidence in his patients.

Even during COVID-19 when clinics were closed, I was able to check in with Travis through virtual appointments to continue moving my rehab process along. I was surprised at how much could be accomplished through a virtual apt; and this is credited to his eye for detail and communication skills.

I went in with very uncomfortable back and leg nerve pain that I had been dealing with for months. In the first visit Darcy diagnosed my injury and started treatment which allowed me to start sleeping better and resume some of my daily activities. After the second visit the results basically made me feel that life could get back to normal. I am now three treatments in and life is good! I wish I made the call to go see them sooner. An added bonus is that the front staff is very efficient with their appointment scheduling and I have never had to wait in the waiting room!

Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.
