What is most great about attending here is the staff/ physiotherapist , they determine quick and notice the flaws when you practice exercises so then they try to help you function better, they are also very kind and great at motivating and to take notice on one of the physiotherapists was Mahemud. I've been seeing Matt weekly-ish for the last 6 months post knee ACL surgery (12ish month recovery expected in total), and he has supported me from the very beginning when I was still on crutches and unable to straighten or bend my leg, to my first jog last week. Matt is super knowledgeable about the ACL recovery progression, and has been able to guide me through week by week, setting the exercices to my stage of recovery while aiming me towards the goal of running. He's also just a great human and fun to chat to.

He's had to get creative as the gym equipment available in the clinic is unfortunately pretty limited, and the weights in particular have been insufficient for my needs for a while, so I'll likely be moving on soon. However I'd recommend Matt to anyone looking for an excellent physio.

The ladies at the front desk (Carissa and Maria?) are also great. Always friendly and know my name. read less

Gentle when it counts, more aggressive when the time is right. For me it is a bad case of work related tennis elbow and a completely blown out knee from my younger years. If I had waited to schedule physio with Darcy after my knee accident, I would have caused much more damage to my knee. Darcy immediately knew how to treat my knee (and the plan was counterintuitive to me at the time because I don't have the physiology knowledge that he does). He was a great resource- he helped me navigate the hurdles to achieving timely medical and surgical care. His physio plans are clear, and he takes the time to explain each exercise/stretch. My husband had a knee reconstruction nearly 20 years ago, and Darcy helped him achieve full stability and mobility with his post-op physio regimen (this is why I knew I wanted to see Darcy when I hurt myself). He and my son have both visited Darcy for occasional injuries since then. The entire team at Panther Sports Medicine Seton has been great to deal with. Appointments are always on time, the staff are friendly, and the care I've received from everyone has been straightforward and thorough. read less

We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility. These people know how to help, and I wouldn't think twice to refer anyone to visit their clinics. A huge thanks to Mike A, and the staff for making my recovery experience a WOW one. read less

My first contact with the clinic was on the phone with the lovely Emily. Emily is very kind, professional and always accommodating. She answered all of my questions and based on what I told her about my MVA she recommended who I should see. I am very fortunate to be under the care of the best physiotherapists in South Calgary. It was sad to see Dominique leave to move to a new city for wonderful new opportunities (I wish her the very best), but Josh has been amazing at picking up right where she left off and I feel very well taken care of and in great hands. Josh is very knowledgeable, professional, confident, kind hearted, soft spoken and eager to assess and administer the best care and I get positive results. Cody is always friendly, upbeat, positive and ready to assist with warm pads and compresses (I can tell Cody has a great smile under that mask!). I wish I could see Brittney every week for massage! She is amazing, very knowledgeable and skilled, caring, warm and friendly and again I always see positive results after I see her. I found that utilizing massage therapy with physiotherapy has made a tremendous impact on my healing and this is due to the overlapping comprehensive care from all therapists.
