I could not give higher praise to the wonderful atmosphere and treatment I have been receiving. Lisa, at the front desk, always greets you with a smile (yes, I can tell, even behind the mask). Alicia, my usual physiotherapy assistant, is so kind, and right on top of anything that the physiotherapists may need to help with treatments. The physiotherapists have been tremendous in my recovery so far. I have been seeing Darcy, and occasionally Terri. Both are amazing and have multiple different methods of treatments they utilize during the treatment process. I had a quick diagnosis of my hip injury by Darcy and hopefully with the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises I will not need surgery.
Everyone is eager to help, always accommodating and genuinely interested in you and helping you to recover!
I wouldn't go anywhere else! read less

On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Although I am still sore some days, I find that Tims exercises are the only thing that actually help with the discomfort. I highly recommend Tim and I will for sure be back! read less

Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility.
