On the first visit she was very impressive: she was able to explain the specific muscles and processes that would facilitate healing, as well as how they intersected.

A lot of phyios talk like they know their stuff, but her knowledge really is ingrained and accurate. I fact-checked her after my first session when I got home, and she was bang-on. Impressive considering that my injury is not a particularly common one.

Her treatments are expeditious and focused on my needs. She provides hands-on instruction for exercises and feedback on progress. She is prioritizing treatment to help me return to sport and is responsive to my input and symptoms.

The facility itself is the typical physio office: curtains separating beds. It's clean and in good repair. My experience with the support staff has also been positive.

Overall, I am very impressed with my experience so far at Panther and with Jenna in particular. read less

We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

Darcy was able to pinpoint the exact cause to my issue, formulated an action plan and exercises for me to do as follow up to the treatment. After only a couple visits, I had shown immense improvement, and he said that I wouldn't need to come back for treatment unless my issue flared up again. My first contact with the clinic was on the phone with the lovely Emily. Emily is very kind, professional and always accommodating. She answered all of my questions and based on what I told her about my MVA she recommended who I should see. I am very fortunate to be under the care of the best physiotherapists in South Calgary. It was sad to see Dominique leave to move to a new city for wonderful new opportunities (I wish her the very best), but Josh has been amazing at picking up right where she left off and I feel very well taken care of and in great hands. Josh is very knowledgeable, professional, confident, kind hearted, soft spoken and eager to assess and administer the best care and I get positive results. Cody is always friendly, upbeat, positive and ready to assist with warm pads and compresses (I can tell Cody has a great smile under that mask!). I wish I could see Brittney every week for massage! She is amazing, very knowledgeable and skilled, caring, warm and friendly and again I always see positive results after I see her. I found that utilizing massage therapy with physiotherapy has made a tremendous impact on my healing and this is due to the overlapping comprehensive care from all therapists.
