I saw Amanda Bjerkseth three times who helped me better than any other physio I’ve seen previously. I was expecting to be sat down and hooked up to a tens machine or given some sort of gel and pulse technology but she gave a range of physical exercises designed to strengthen the muscles around the problem area so I built up adequate support. Each visit meant new exercises were prescribed depending on my progress or what was/wasn’t working. Exercises increased in difficulty and over a month or so I got stronger and the pain started to lessen. Exercises were emailed in a simple visual way so I knew what to do and kept form.

Amanda is clear, concise and knowledgeable. Her advice as well as knowledge of what will help is really good. I will be going back to her for any future issues and recommend her and Panther for any physio needs. read less

I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising! AJ would be able to keep me motivated while simultaneously helping 3-4 other clients. Lastly, the rest of the staff were ALSO all super friendly and genuine! The front desk (Danni especially!!) would always welcome me with a smile and remember many of the clients names despite seeing 10+ each day! We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

Obviously I went to Panther Sports to help with an injury and Anna-Lise helped me from not being able to turn my head or lift my right arm, to helping me get my range of motion back.
Anna-Lise is very patient and is willing to make things easier or harder if needed. Her and all the staff there really go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and safe. (Alanna "Let me know if you have any pain, numbness or tingling")

So my opinion about this company was not pleasant.
However, when this location opened up and I met Darcy and his team- my opinion has changed. The staff at this clinic is incredible. They truly care about well being of every patient. Lisa is amazing at trying to accommodate emergency situations - always.
I also had hard time finding caring and knowledgeable massage therapist. Brittney is beyond incredible, skilled, knowledgeable and has healing hands.
Darcy has an amazing team at this clinic. I highly recommend it to everyone as I can say with confidence you will be in good hands. read less

I had been going to Panther for what I thought was just a strain in my lower back, Dominique Leonard recognized there was a bigger issue and went above and beyond to get me set in the direction I needed to get help.
