We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

On a side note, after just over a year post-surgery, my daughter is back playing the sports she loves and is stronger than ever. read less

I’ve been able to experience treatment from many of the physiotherapists. I typically see Jared. He has been a huge advocate for my recovery, going above and beyond getting me into seeing appropriate doctors for further treatment. All the staff are welcoming! Jaclyn is helpful when booking appointments. The physio aids, Erin and Dylan, are a huge help during the treatment process. They are always there for a good laugh during the hard days. I’ve also been lucky enough to see Cathy for massage therapy. She does an excellent job by providing a tailored massage to meet my health needs at the time of my session. read less

For the past months after my surgery, Jay had been helping me in my road to recovery and in regaining strength of my right arm. I am thankful that he explains what the exercises or therapy massages will try to achieve including initial discomfort and benefits (after result). Very knowledgeable, professional, has genuine care of his patients, and will help you feel comfortable and welcome. I saw Amanda Bjerkseth three times who helped me better than any other physio I’ve seen previously. I was expecting to be sat down and hooked up to a tens machine or given some sort of gel and pulse technology but she gave a range of physical exercises designed to strengthen the muscles around the problem area so I built up adequate support. Each visit meant new exercises were prescribed depending on my progress or what was/wasn’t working. Exercises increased in difficulty and over a month or so I got stronger and the pain started to lessen. Exercises were emailed in a simple visual way so I knew what to do and kept form.

Amanda is clear, concise and knowledgeable. Her advice as well as knowledge of what will help is really good. I will be going back to her for any future issues and recommend her and Panther for any physio needs. read less

My wife and I have been attending Panther Country hills since well before Christmas. We can't speak highly enough of the Physiotherapists. The treatment and advice we have both received has been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Panther to anyone requiring physio. Beware the front desk clerks though, most of them are quite unpleasant, snarky and full of "tude' the moment you walk in the door. One is very nice, but the rest are unnecessarily rude, to the point where my wife and I will just politely wait until the nice one is available. If you don't mind a snarky reception and can overlook the "tude" then the Physiotherapists are excellent and will fix you up. read less

As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. Obviously I went to Panther Sports to help with an injury and Anna-Lise helped me from not being able to turn my head or lift my right arm, to helping me get my range of motion back.
