As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. The treatment and advice we have both received has been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Panther to anyone requiring physio. Beware the front desk clerks though, most of them are quite unpleasant, snarky and full of "tude' the moment you walk in the door. One is very nice, but the rest are unnecessarily rude, to the point where my wife and I will just politely wait until the nice one is available. If you don't mind a snarky reception and can overlook the "tude" then the Physiotherapists are excellent and will fix you up. read less

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less

When he moved to the Seton location, I knew I was going to continue seeing him there. Darcy is highly educated in what he does and definitely the best physio therapist I’ve ever gone to see. Him and his staff build a relationship with every one of their clients and when you go for treatment it doesn’t feel like a task it feel like going to see your second family, with the extra bonus of getting significant pain relief. I had been going to Panther for what I thought was just a strain in my lower back, Dominique Leonard recognized there was a bigger issue and went above and beyond to get me set in the direction I needed to get help. I have now had multi level disc replacement and Dominique Leonard is getting me back to an active lifestyle...
