This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Dannielle helped me book my first appointment and she was very patient and helpful as I fumbled over the given paperwork a bit, but was happy to help and explain where I needed. When I came in for my appointment, she was able to direct bill right away and made it so easy; all I had to do was give my card details and the rest was taken care of!

I booked in with Erin and she was so kind and considerate. I ended up having to change the parts of my body we were working on last minute (and I mean, super last minute - during appointment time) and she was more than happy to do this for me. It was so refreshing to feel like I was being heard and understood with what I needed, and the issues I was having. I had to have a fifteen minute treatment done and although she was busy helping patients in-between, she never failed to check in on me and make sure I was still doing okay! I also received an email of my treatment plan which is beyond awesome to have to make sure I am doing what I need to do, to help Erin help me.

I called to book for a follow up appointment and Marlee was so helpful and sweet. She was also so patient with me while I deep dove in to my busy calendar and although I only called to book one appointment, she offered to book me in for the month instead which made my life so much easier to plan around, especially being Christmas season!

All that aside, the clinic was very clean, welcoming, and calm. My appointment was on time, all staff was efficient in helping others and myself in a timely yet effective manner. Lots of free parking and easy directions to the clinic itself within the building - stairs and an elevator to get to the clinic; easily accessible for those with mobility issues/disabilities. read less

Obviously I went to Panther Sports to help with an injury and Anna-Lise helped me from not being able to turn my head or lift my right arm, to helping me get my range of motion back.

Eventually, I attended... read moreI had a bad shoulder for several months and it was negatively impacting my quality of life. Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.

If anyone is looking for a clinic where you can receive excellent treatment and proactive solutions to their problems, I highly recommend going to Kevin You. read less

I seemed to be getting worse and I was tired and losing hope. I was suggested to see Darcy Doyle. I was sent for x-rays immediately and shortly after an MRI. We found that I was more injured than the last physio thought. Darcy has a relationship with a specialist and I was able to meet with him too. There is finally some light at the end of the tunnel!
