Darcy is a complete technician, deciphering the problem, then fixing things up in prompt fashion. His resume, experience, business success, and return clientele speak for themselves. He’s also a very likeable, personable, and down to Earth guy. When it comes to physio, I couldn’t recommend Darcy’s services more. In fact, my whole family sees him.

The staff here are incredible from the girls at the front desk who were professional and polite, to Anna and Charlie who were the physiotherapist looking after the group classes. I got individualized attention when needed, and when I asked. I did have a specific concern and it was addressed by both Anna and Charlie. I have been going to physio for a little over a year and my physiotherapist, Jason, is super helpful and very knowledgeable in his field. He always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care during my treatment. Any questions I would throw at him, he would know the answer to. Nearing the end of my treatment, Jason was able to set me up with a good workout plan for the gym/home to ensure the upkeep of my injuries and made sure to highlight the fact that I am welcome back anytime for treatment! I was able to heal a majority of my back/neck problems with different types of treatment he had recommended (dry needling/cupping/rolling etc.). Additionally, AJ who worked majority in the gym was also a huge help! He has a very strong attention to detail and would assist me in perfecting my form when doing the exercising! AJ would be able to keep me motivated while simultaneously helping 3-4 other clients. Lastly, the rest of the staff were ALSO all super friendly and genuine! The front desk (Danni especially!!) would always welcome me with a smile and remember many of the clients names despite seeing 10+ each day! She sets a friendly and warm tone, which makes you feel welcome and all awkwardness fades away. I could not give higher praise to the wonderful atmosphere and treatment I have been receiving. Lisa, at the front desk, always greets you with a smile (yes, I can tell, even behind the mask). Alicia, my usual physiotherapy assistant, is so kind, and right on top of anything that the physiotherapists may need to help with treatments. The physiotherapists have been tremendous in my recovery so far. I have been seeing Darcy, and occasionally Terri. Both are amazing and have multiple different methods of treatments they utilize during the treatment process. I had a quick diagnosis of my hip injury by Darcy and hopefully with the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises I will not need surgery.
Everyone is eager to help, always accommodating and genuinely interested in you and helping you to recover!
