Got a very detailed exercise routine given to me via a link that even included videos on how to do each exercise. The clinic environment itself is very calm. I never had to wait in the waiting room for my appointments for more than a couple minutes, but usually no wait at all. Clinic also continuously masks and is clearly COVID cautious. I have been to a few physiotherapy clinics in my life, but Panther at the Trico Centre is the absolute... read moreI have been to a few physiotherapy clinics in my life, but Panther at the Trico Centre is the absolute best!  The front desk staff are always friendly, kind and helpful.  The treatment area is a bright and open space.  Steve, the physiotherapist that I see, is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient.  He listens and re-evaluates at the beginning of every session and never makes you feel rushed.  I didn't think I'd ever be without neck and hip pain, but with every session of stretches, dry needling, traction, TENS, and a targeted at home exercise program, I've seen great results!  For the first time, I'm hopeful that it is possible be pain free!  If you are in need of physiotherapy, this is the place to go!! read less
