As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. I visited this facility in January 2018, traveling from the USA, training in boxing and wrestling with badly aching shoulders. I was seen expeditiously quick, and in my first session diagnosed with shoulder impingement and given exercises and treatment to assist me. I have been to MANY physical therapy-type establishments in my lifetime, and this place was head and shoulders the best one I have ever been to, and that's across multiple countries! I deeply apologize for not writing this sooner, as life happens, but I had to share my experience, no matter how delayed!

While here (and what I recall/stands out the most to me in retrospect) I was treated by the staff with positivity and care, an intellectual and concise approach to both my problem and solution, and a feeling of genuine support that I needed while rehabilitating my injuries. Truly at the time it felt like a light at the end of a tunnel, in a country that was not my own, and I could not have felt more welcome or at home. Thank you Panther Sports for this experience!! A friend has been treated here and recommended to try it before I took that step. I went in for my assessment and IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference. Jared was very thorough and demonstrated his knowledge of spinal and neck problems and although I have a long way to go the progress in one session was huge; I could fully turn my neck for the first time in I don't even know how long and was able to sleep without pain! Not only that, but I was told that cortisone shots would have likely made the problem worse as the source of the issue is not in the area that my first physio thought. We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

For the past months after my surgery, Jay had been helping me in my road to recovery and in regaining strength of my right arm. I am thankful that he explains what the exercises or therapy massages will try to achieve including initial discomfort and benefits (after result). Very knowledgeable, professional, has genuine care of his patients, and will help you feel comfortable and welcome. I seemed to be getting worse and I was tired and losing hope. I was suggested to see Darcy Doyle. I was sent for x-rays immediately and shortly after an MRI. We found that I was more injured than the last physio thought. Darcy has a relationship with a specialist and I was able to meet with him too. There is finally some light at the end of the tunnel! Darcy is knowledgeable and great at what he does. Best decision I made in the last year is to not give up and trust in Darcy's wanting to help and get me on a road to less pain. read less

His treatment plans worked so well. Not only did he help me recover from my concussion but he also gave me some great take home exercises to deal with the pain in my neck. Although I am still sore some days, I find that Tims exercises are the only thing that actually help with the discomfort. I highly recommend Tim and I will for sure be back! read less

I was in a pretty bad car accident and for two weeks before I got into physio was feeling depressed and irritable. A friend recommended Darcy and after one session with Darcy and Teri there was a new sense of hope. They explained what the problems were with me and how we were going to fix them. I saw a path to recovery and I am on that path. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional.
