We were directed to Travis Gaudet at Panther Physio by a friend, whose daughter dealt with the same injury and recovery.

From Day #1, Travis made sure my daughter understood exactly what had happened, what the reconstruction looked like and what the goal was for recovery. He stressed the importance of being diligent with exercises and not pushing too hard in the beginning. Travis instilled confidence in my daughter to work through the stiffness in her knee and she began to see results quickly.

Throughout the course of rehabilitation, Travis was in contact with my daughter’s strength trainer, as well as her surgeon, and together they created an individualized program for us to follow. This communication was invaluable, as we knew everyone had the same goals and could adjust her exercises over the course of recovery.

Travis is so clearly committed to his clients and provides a level of care that we have not found anywhere else. I have recommended him to many people since my daughter started her rehabilitation and I will continue to do so.

Each trip from the admin staff, to their processes with e mail reminders, to the video exercise and of course the great one, my Physiotherapist Mike Azzopardi. Mike was top notch and guided me through a recovery that has left me feeling amazing. Being so worried to never get my wrist function back, he applied physical and also spoke to my mental recovery, which was as important as the physical side. As I I was able to change my view point, and think more positively, my recovery became more organic and started to just flow. I implemented everything he sent me home with, and today I'm about 10% off with my strength and mobility. The head physio therapist Darcy Doyle is always the first person I recommend when someone is needing treatment. I’ve been seeing Darcy Doyle for 4 years now. When he moved to the Seton location, I knew I was going to continue seeing him there. Darcy is highly educated in what he does and definitely the best physio therapist I’ve ever gone to see. Him and his staff build a relationship with every one of their clients and when you go for treatment it doesn’t feel like a task it feel like going to see your second family, with the extra bonus of getting significant pain relief. Darcy has always ensured that every one of his clients receives the best care, and will do everything in his power to ensure all his clients receive all the help they need. The seton panther sports location is also beautiful and clean. I cannot express in a single review how much the staff here is amazing. The treatment and advice we have both received has been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Panther to anyone requiring physio. Beware the front desk clerks though, most of them are quite unpleasant, snarky and full of "tude' the moment you walk in the door. One is very nice, but the rest are unnecessarily rude, to the point where my wife and I will just politely wait until the nice one is available. If you don't mind a snarky reception and can overlook the "tude" then the Physiotherapists are excellent and will fix you up. read less

As we live In Mckenzie Towne we knee about Panther and decided to see what they could do to help us out. We had also been told by many people before going oh it's just growing pains it will go away. We met up with Michael Azzopardi and he went right to work on my son checking muscles to stance to how he would throw a rock in curling. He knew right away some of the issues of not using all the muscles properly and needing to readjust how you use the lower body. We started out going twice a week with homework of stretches to be done each day numerous times. Each visit was a new thing to do and work on and each time the pain was less and less. After awhile we were told to show up just once a week and then once in 2 weeks. Our last visit my son told him no more pain and we were discharged. All this was completed within roughly two months. I like the fact that they didn't say oh you should keep coming to see me, they were good that once the paid was gone they left us with all the stretches to stay on the right path and said if ever an issue to call or stop by and they would help out. So the whole experience with the team that works at this location was great and Michael was very good to deal with. So if your son/daughter loves sports and is having pain don't go with the "It's just Growing Pains" excuse, bring them here and you will keep them enjoying their favorite sports or activities. Eventually, I attended... read moreI had a bad shoulder for several months and it was negatively impacting my quality of life. Eventually, I attended a clinic in downtown close to my work that has physiotherapy. Unfortunately the person working there told me I would have to rest for 4 to 6 weeks while they apply ultrasound to my shoulder.

I had been out of the gym for two months already, so I was determined to get a second opinion that could potentially expedite the process. I was lucky enough to end up at Panther Sport Medicine where I had the privilege of receiving treatment from Kevin You.

When he had assessed my shoulder he did fantastic job of explaining what was wrong with it, and what we had to do to get it back to full strength. His methods of needling, heating, and then teaching me various exercises to strengthen my shoulder allowed me to heal and return to the gym that very week. It has been three weeks since my first appointment and my shoulder feels better than ever.

If anyone is looking for a clinic where you can receive excellent treatment and proactive solutions to their problems, I highly recommend going to Kevin You. read less
